MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
As an exclusive membership networking group dedicated to providing C-Suite and other senior-level executives in the technology, public sector, and shared services industries a professional community that support each other in enhancing their industry insight, below are the various steps to becoming a member and the commitments we ask of all members.
Application Process
- Nominated or referred by an Insight Council Advisory Board Member, Member, or an internal or external colleague
- Invited by the Insight Council
- By Application
Organizational Affiliation & Role
To qualify for membership, a potential member must work within a corporate, public sector, higher education, or healthcare organization, responsible for the management of shared services, technology or related function at the Director level or above. However, there are other job roles and functional areas that qualify as well, including: Data Scientists, Academics, Researchers, Engineers, Architects, and those who have a significant impact on the research, development and delivery of technology, shared services, and solutions across their organization. Exceptions to these requirements are considered on a case-by-case basis given the wide range of unique roles and job titles different organizations designate for job functions – and particular emphasis is placed on member recommendations, nominations, and the overall contributions nominees could offer the executive community. If that’s the case for your situation, please note we understand, encourage and welcome your interest in applying for membership.
MEMBERS’ COMMITMENTS
As a professional networking community of executives that support each other in enhancing their industry insight and professional relationships, we kindly ask all members to make the below commitments, as much as possible and when deemed appropriate in your particular situation.
Work closely with your Membership Success Manager, to ensure all your Membership Account Profile information and documents are accurate and up-to-date, most especially your Onboarding and quarterly Updated Membership Success Objectives Profile. By doing so, they will be better equipped to offer you counsel on the various ways you can maximize your overall membership experience.
Willingness to share your industry insight with fellow members & the Insight Council.
Participate in the Member Surveys.
Contribute content to the Members’ Monthly Newsletter, Online Industry News Channel, White Papers and Resource Center.
Be open to member-to-member introductions, and/or other internal or external colleague introductions.
Willingness to Mentor another member.
Be open to referring your internal or external colleagues to the benefits of membership.
Attend as many events, and when feasible, participate as a program advisor, contributor, moderator or speaker.
