Upon becoming a member of the Insight Council, you will be assigned a Membership Success Manager that will work closely with you, from the gate and throughout your membership life-cycle, to ensure your membership success objectives are being met. They will assist you with, and/or coordinate your Membership Account Profile, Onboarding Membership Objectives Questionnaire, Membership Success Interview, and 1/4ly Updated Membership Success Questionnaires. They will also assist you with a variety of membership matters, as well as offer advice on how to maximize your overall membership experience.
Member-To-Member
Directory & Direct Messaging
Members can search for other members and contact each other directly, as per their preferred form of contact. Members have the option to set up their membership account settings to allow Member-to-Member Direct Messaging, or chose not to if they so wish. They can also choose not to be included in the Member Directory, although it is highly encouraged all members chose to be listed in the Member Directory.
* Vendors and suppliers are strictly prohibited from contacting members. All Insight Council members’ contact information are kept private – and are never shared with vendors/suppliers, other members, or 3rd parties, unless the member has given the Insight Council prior permission to share said information with TBD interested parties.
Mentor & Mentee Programs
After thorough review and consideration, and based upon the information a member shares in their Membership Account Profile and Onboarding Membership Objectives Questionnaire, they are paired up with another member, so to participate in a Mentor & Mentee Program which would be mutually beneficial to both parties concerned. *Optional, yet highly encouraged.
Member-to-member introductions & Matchmaking
Based upon the information a member shares in their Membership Account Profile, Onboarding Membership Objectives Questionnaire, Membership Success Interview, 1/4ly Updated Membership Success Questionnaires, and with their Membership Success Manager on a very regular basis, they are introduced to other members that meet the criteria they listed in their various profile records – and would equate to impactful business introductions and matches for both parties concerned. * The Insight Council does not share members’ contact information without prior permission to do so.
